About the Trainer

IMG-7184.jpg

I have always been intuitive with movement, and I love sharing that with others. When I was little, it showed in teaching friends in the neighborhood how to do cartwheels and handstands and run faster than we ever thought we could.

In 2016, I combined that intuition with formal education, and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I approach training with a focus on form. We will improve bodily awareness and range of motion while efficiently working toward your goals. This approach not only enhances your training, but will improve your physical and mental experience in daily life.

The biggest driving factor behind being a trainer for me, is to help people become more comfortable and confident day to day. Reach out, and let’s get you moving in that direction!

Kindly,

Sam
